02. How do I check an ARB request or receive a decision?
Contact arb@lakebosseoaks.org about your application, additional materials, or the committee’s written decision.
03. How can I receive HOA announcements and notices?
On the Pay Dues page, select the email-list option when requesting your balance. Check the Calendar and Journal for meetings and neighborhood news.
04. What is the association’s general contact address?
Use lbohoa@lakebosseoaks.org. You can also use the role-specific addresses in the directory on this page.
05. How do I check my assessment balance?
Visit Pay Dues, enter your email address and lot number, and select Send My Balance. If they match our records, your statement will be emailed to you.
06. When are assessments due, and how can I pay?
The annual assessment is $350, in $175 installments due April 1 and October 1. Pay by Zelle to lbohoa@lakebosseoaks.org (include your lot number), by Stripe through Pay Online, or by check payable to Lake Bosse Oaks Homeowners Association, PO Box 607712, Orlando, FL 32860-7712.
07. How do I get a payment receipt or account history?
Request a statement using Check Balance. For a receipt, additional payment history, or a correction, email treasurer@lakebosseoaks.org with your lot number.
08. Where can I find the bylaws, covenants, and forms?
Visit Bylaws & Documents for governing documents, rules, and available forms.
09. How do I request meeting minutes or financial records?
Email lbohoa@lakebosseoaks.org with a description of the records or reports you would like to inspect or receive.
10. Where are meetings, activities, and neighborhood news listed?
See the Calendar for events and meetings, and the Journal for news and announcements.
11. How do I report a maintenance concern or possible violation?
Describe the concern and location in an email to lbohoa@lakebosseoaks.org. For architectural-review questions, contact arb@lakebosseoaks.org.
12. How do I request resale information or an estoppel certificate?
Homeowners and closing agents should email lbohoa@lakebosseoaks.org with the property address and the information needed.
13. How do I request use of the lakefront?
Email lbohoa@lakebosseoaks.org to request the lakefront-use form and instructions.
14. How do I update my address, phone number, or email?
Send the new information and your lot number to lbohoa@lakebosseoaks.org.
15. Which email addresses might send official HOA messages?
Association messages may come from any of the @lakebosseoaks.org addresses in our directory. Verify unusual requests with the association before sharing sensitive information.
16. How do I change my email subscription preferences?
Email lbohoa@lakebosseoaks.org to request a change. Newsletter messages may also include an unsubscribe link.
17. What happens to mail sent to the former Gmail address?
lbohoa@gmail.com is being retired; use lbohoa@lakebosseoaks.org instead.
