How to pay HOA dues

HOA fees are due twice per year in the amount of $175. The Spring 2024 assessment is due April 30, 2024.

Option 1 - Check or Money Order

Mail a check in the amount of $175.00 to LBO HOA BOX 607712, LOCKHART, FL 32860-7712. Please include your Lot Number and Address on your check.

Option 2 - Pay Online via Zelle

Zelle is an online payment platform (much like PayPal or Venmo). Simply download the Zelle app to your phone and search for lbohoa@gmail.com. Please include your address and lot number as a note when you make payment.
